Before the volunteers listen to the person and his discomfort, then try to collect sufficient details to transfer to the competent authorities reporting. A review of the reported phenomenon is done in a systematic way. "Carmelo is a specialist on the spot checks," says Adriana. So over the years have gained credibility, both among people and between institutions. And again Adriana: "Of course the door is not enough: the square is the best platform, much better than any social network. Come and let us know. (...)
